1.25oz Park Alpine Dry Gin (can be change for any other Dry Gin)
0.5oz Aperol
0.25oz Chambord
0.5oz Lemon Juice
3oz Rose Prosecco or Soda
Garnish Lemon Peel
For a festive variation, replace the lemon peel for a Rosemary sprig.
DIRECTION
Build the ingredients in a champagne flute and top with Prosecco or soda.
