Lake Minnewanka, which means 'Spirit Lake' in Nakoda, is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places near Banff. Three sacred herbs white pine, sage, and sweetgrass are ethically wildcrafted by First Nations in Canada. Spirit Lake Tea, beautiful as The Spirit Lake

Our pilot and host on the Lake Minnewanka boat tour served us this delightful drink, relating the story of the native ingredients first brewed by The First Nations People of ancient times. Relating to us it can be purchased at Jolene's, we made our way there, and purchased 200 gm bag. We will enjoy this for some time to come in our native Oregon

Reminds me of a summer day!

The herbal fragrance and sage tones of this tea are wonderful. Makes me think of late summer aromas in the Rockies. Even my hubby loved this one! Great with or without a touch of honey.
