Shipping Rates

Local (Banff area)

● FREE local pickup in store, pickup at 211a Bear Street, Banff, Alberta, Canada

● Flat rate shipping $15 across Canada

● Free shipping on orders over 99$ across Canada

USA & International

● Tracked Packet USA (with tracking number) & Small International Packet (no tracking number): Flat rate shipping across the US

 

Shipping destinations

● Local orders for pickup are typically ready within 24 hours--if not sooner.

● Please note: customs may delay transit time upon arrival to destination country.

● Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

● Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

● We use a variety of courier services and Canada Post to fulfil our orders. Only

 

Canada Post can deliver to PO Box, if you have a street address please include it.

 

PO Box and International Orders Policy

For orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes or international destinations, we exclusively use Canada Post as our shipping provider. This is currently the only available option that accommodates both P.O. Box addresses and international deliveries.

 

Tracking:

If you are having trouble receiving your order, we will be happy to track your order for you. Please email us at info@jolenesteahouse.com with your order ID# (ex: #20583) and we will provide you with the status of your order or contact the shipping carrier to resolve any shipping issues. Please note if your online order has insufficient shipping fees applied to it due to the wrong zone selection in our checkout cart, if you choose to cancel your order after we have processed it, we will retain a $5 admin fee.
