This whimsical dance of strong pu-erh with sweet citrus rind and a dash of fruity and tart hibiscus. Mountain-made to produce a unique and refreshing pu-erh tea. Pu-erh tea is made by fermenting black tea, which creates complex, rich, smooth flavours. Pu-erh is a protected origin product from the Yunnan province in Southwestern China.

Comforting

I love to sit by the fire with a cup of this with a tiny bit of honey. It relaxes me. The smell is amazing!

I was devastated when David's Tea discontinued their blend, so I desperately took to Google to find a replacement. I found this blend (and Jolene's Tea House) and it was such a relief. Every single tea I've tried from Jolene's has been the highest quality, so this was not only a "replacement" but a much better tea. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because I do add my own extra hibiscus and a touch of licorice root to balance it for my palate. I would highly recommend if you like your tea tart but paired with the complex earthiness of pu'erh.
