Spring Adventures Call

Spring Adventures Call

Spring in Banff feels so exciting. One warm weekend and suddenly everyone’s outside again. Road trips start back up, hiking boots come out of storage, and patios fill up the second the sun appears. Even a quick drive through the mountains starts to feel like an event this time of year.

And if there’s one thing that makes those spring outings even better, it’s bringing good tea along with you. At least that’s my go-to. Some teas just feel made for mountain days.

Alpen Glow has a warmth that works especially well on cooler spring mornings before the day fully heats up. Try adding a tsp of local honey and you’ll find the flavour of mountain flowers unfurl.

Spirit Lake feels clean and grounding after a long hike or time spent outside.

Wild Blueberry Rooibos brings something brighter and fruitier to the mix, and makes an especially good iced tea for warmer afternoons.

The right accessories make it easier to bring those blends anywhere.

A good travel mug is your best friend for taking your tea onto the trail, into the car, or along for a full day exploring. Loose leaf infusers make brewing simple without sacrificing quality. And having a favourite mug waiting at home somehow makes coming back from the mountains feel even better.

That’s part of what makes tea fit so naturally into spring in Banff. It works equally well during the adventure and after it. A quiet morning before heading out. A stop at a scenic viewpoint. A restorative evening after a full day outside. None of it needs much planning. Just good tea and somewhere worth being.
